Does your system filter spam?
Yes all our emails get filtered by SpamHero, which we find to be a very robust spam solution. If you do get unwanted email, fax the first page to our customer service fax number, to have it blocked.

How long does it take to deliver emails?
Typically inbound emails should start transmitting to your fax machine in about 1 minute. Outbound emails should be sent within 15 minutes after we receive your fax.

I received an email from an ibyfax.com user. How do I open it?
Our system attaches messages in a pdf format. You need to have adobe reader installed to read them. If you do not already have it you may download it for free from Adobe’s website.
